What You Should Know

Upon booking, you will be emailed a list of pre and post-care instructions and salon rules for reference.

 

Clients must be 10 years of age or older.

 

Four inches or more of hair are required for services (all around). If you have shorter hair/alopecia or wish to discuss your hair expectations before your service, please add a 15-minute, free, new client consultation to your order.

This is a home-based salon, so wash dry Services are offered on a limited basis. Please get in touch with me prior to your appointment if you would like me to wash your hair before servicing. A $15 credit is applied to your total service if you arrive at your appointment with your hair washed, dried, stretched, and product-free (NO FLAT-IRONED HAIR NECESSARY). I recommend a clarifying shampoo if you use many hair products daily. A light heat-protectant can be used if using the blow dryer to stretch hair.

Services are in a residential location that isn't ADA-friendly (stairs with no elevator). For accommodations, please get in touch with me directly after booking.

Braid and crochet services include natural-colored hair that can be extended to waist-length for no additional charge. For special color blends and other questions, please get in touch with me directly.

Hours listed on the Contact Me page are the foundational hours. For a $25 fee, I can accommodate appointments outside the schedule. Please get in touch with me a week in advance for accommodations.

Salon Rules

Please refer to the rules below to ensure a smooth appointment and service. Any violations will bar me from rendering services for you in the future. If you have any questions, please contact me via text, email, or phone.

No Guests

If the client is between the ages of 10-15, parents are more than welcome to wait with their child. Outside of that, do NOT bring any additional guests or pets to your appointment.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE

You are allowed one rescheduled request with your appointment. Notification must be received 24-48 hours BEFORE your appointment date. The deposit will go towards future services. If the appointment is canceled for any reason, the deposit will NOT be returned

Late Appointments

A 15-minute grace is extended to clients. Life happens. If for any reason you are running late, please send a text/call to let me know your ETA. Appointments that run more than 15 minutes past the allotted start time will be charged a $10 late fee. Appointments over 30 minutes late will need to be rescheduled. 

Guarantee

I want you to love your hair! If you experience any minor issues with the structure or integrity of your style (caused by me), you are entitled to one hair correction within a week following your appointment.
